Experience is a must as this not a Management Trainee position. The right candidate will enjoy working in amazing Employee Culture Centric organization while focusing on giving our clients the best Customer Experience possible in the Luxury Market. The right candidate will also experience and amazing work/life balance. The Candidate must be able to handle a “workload” of 50 to 75 transactions per month while performing in the upper quadrant of the Industry.

• Customer Interfacing at time of Sale
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Sales and Production Objectives met monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Ability to Lead, Coach and Train with the Sales Staff
